EASY RETURN GUIDELINES
The following policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.

New & Unused Merchandise — In the event you may have ordered an incorrect item, you can return any unopened merchandise in it's original, salable condition within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or a credit towards an exchange. You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning any item - see below. You will be given complete shipping instructions. Shipping costs for return items will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a mistake by Onlinesupply.com. A restocking fee may apply.
Please note: occasionally we have closeout sales on discontinued items. On these items all sales are final. This is clearly marked in the description of the item.

Copier Toner: Opened bottles of OEM copier toner and developer are not returnable.

Compatible Cartridges — If you are not completely satisfied with any of our compatible (MSE, White Box (W/B), or house brand) cartridges you may return them, opened and/or used, within thirty (30) days of purchase for a free replacement or full refund. Please follow the instructions below "Returning Items"

MSE Challenge: If you are taking the MSE challenge and would like to return or replace your MSE cartridge, we will provide you with prepaid return labels. MSE cartridge returns are handled separately from all other products. Please follow the instructions below "Returning Items"

OEM Supplies and Data Storage items — Name brand Items (HP®, IBM®, Epson®, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to honor its warranty.

Exchanges — If you would like to exchange an item, you can: reorder the new item via our web site and separately return the item you would like to receive credit for - see below; or contact our sales department at (800) 866-9828 and we will handle the exchange directly.

Packing Errors — In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our sales department immediately (either via email or phone). We will remedy the situation ASAP. sales@onlinesupply.com

Refunds — You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return.

RETURNING ITEMS TO US

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Getting an RMA# is easy! Just email us at RMA@onlinesupply.com and include your order or invoice number and the reason for the return. We will reply with complete shipping instructions in just a few "business" hours.
