EASY RETURN GUIDELINES The following policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
New & Unused Merchandise — In the event you may have ordered an incorrect item, you can return any unopened merchandise in it's original, salable condition within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or a credit towards an exchange. You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning any item - see below. You will be given complete shipping instructions. Shipping costs for return items will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a mistake by Onlinesupply.com. A restocking fee may apply.
OEM Supplies and Data Storage items — Name brand Items (HP®, IBM®, Epson®, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to honor its warranty. Exchanges — If you would like to exchange an item, you can: reorder the new item via our web site and separately return the item you would like to receive credit for - see below; or contact our sales department at (800) 866-9828 and we will handle the exchange directly. Packing Errors — In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our sales department immediately (either via email or phone). We will remedy the situation ASAP. sales@onlinesupply.com Refunds — You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return. RETURNING ITEMS TO US All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Getting an RMA# is easy! Just email us at RMA@onlinesupply.com and include your order or invoice number and the reason for the return. We will reply with complete shipping instructions in just a few "business" hours.
