Every cartridge is inspected to ensure that it is functional prior to entering the remanufacturing process.
Complete disassembly of the cartridge. No cutting, burning or drilling holes in cartridge.
Thorough cleaning of the following components: Dust bin, Photocopy drum, Roller Magnet, and Master Housing.
Worn or damaged parts are replaced.
Toner release bin filled with high quality toner specifically matched with the drum.
Install and test New Drum.
Adjustment of wiperblade for clean printing.
New Pull-tab installed.
Complete reassembly of cartridge.
Post testing of each cartridge before shipping.
